The pvdf coated aluminium sheets refer to the color coated aluminium sheet product which has fluorocarbon coating(PVDF) as the paint. Fluorocarbon coating is a coating of PVDF resin mainly refers to homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride or copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and other small amount of fluorine-containing vinyl monomer. The chemical structure of the fluoric acid base material is bonded by a fluorine/carbon bond. The stability and firmness of this chemical structure make the physical properties of fluorocarbon coatings different from ordinary coatings. In addition to the wear resistance and impact resistance in terms of mechanical properties, it has excellent performance, especially in harsh climates and environments showing long-term resistance to fading and UV resistance. After roasting at high temperature to form a film, the molecular structure in the coating is tight and weather resistant.
The general thickness of color coated aluminum sheet is 0.024mm-4.0mm, and the width is within 1700mm. The pvdf color coated aluminum sheet is widely used in building roofing. The coating of pvdf coated aluminium sheets adopts durable and durable inorganic pigments and highly corrosion-resistant fluorocarbon resin, which can effectively resist the erosion of ultraviolet rays and corrosion factors. With good flexibility polyurethane primer, the coating has excellent processing performance, and the T-bend performance can be 0 -2T; but due to uneven color spectrum, it is not suitable for too bright colors. The service life of pvdf coated aluminium sheets can reach 20-25 years. Because of its high price, it is generally used in areas with high requirements for corrosion resistance and resistance to coating aging.
